2011 F1 PROP Tour Champions Crowned November 15, 2011 As the 2011 Formula One PROP Tour has officially wrapped up, the season champions have been crowned. After a six race schedule over four months for Formula Two and Formula Lights, Jeff Reno of Okeechobee, Florida and Steve Merleau of Fennville, Michigan are the Formula Two and Formula Lights champions respectively.
